Step 1: Enter Your Last Menstrual Period

Start by entering the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). This is the most common starting point for pregnancy dating. If you're unsure of the exact date, try to recall as accurately as possible.

Step 2: Adjust Cycle Length (If Needed)

The default cycle length is set to 28 days, which is average. If your menstrual cycle is typically longer or shorter, adjust this value accordingly. This helps provide a more accurate ovulation and due date prediction.

Step 3: Optional Conception Date

If you know the exact date of conception (for example, if you were tracking ovulation), you can enter it for even more precise calculations. This field is optional but can improve accuracy.

Step 4: Select Calculation Method

Choose your preferred due date calculation method:

• Naegele's Rule: The standard method adding 280 days to your LMP
• From Conception Date: Adds 266 days from conception date
• Ultrasound Dating: Uses ultrasound measurements for dating (requires additional input)
